Comments from Paul and Deanna: Paul: “When I saw this was a crossover of historical characters, I shouted for more without reading the whole story! Everything takes place in New York 1902. The Yale Club invites some unique icons for a special meeting. These icons will become instant detectives while on this assignment. Now take a seat, because your mind will be blown away, because in this incredible story the following icons of history meet, they are: Bat Masterson; H.G. Wells; Harry Houdini; Nikola Tesla; Sir Arthur Conan Doyle and throw in Jack the Ripper and Richard Tyler – the son of President Zachary Taylor and you have a mystery that is ready to unfold, that will keep your full undivided attention! These icons have been invited by Richard Tyler to solve a mystery. That mystery is….”who killed Edgar Allan Poe?” Throw in a cipher driven murder journal, possible Secret Service agent of President Teddy Roosevelt and you find yourself at the edge of your seat salivating with anticipation on what will happen next.” Deanna says: This is the kind of story I like. A story with intrigue and a mystery around every corner. I can’t even imagine what it would be like to have all of these historical people in one room and to find them all here in this story is incredibly fascinating. The interactions worked so well, the dialogue was believable, I can see Tesla blaming Edison for various mishaps. I am very pleased with this story and the artwork in this graphic novel is a sensation of high quality detail. Terry and Sam work well together! Strange Detective Mysteries can ONLY be received with a standing ovation! The graphic novel is here, I’m now waiting for the movie!”

NIGHT AT THE MUSEUM: SECRET OF THE TOMB MOVIE REVIEW!
12/31/2014: Deanna Jaxine Stinson and I, Paul Dale Roberts spent our New Year's Eve by going to the movies at Century Laguna 16 - 9349 Big Horn Blvd in Elk Grove to see: Night at the Museum: Secret of the Tomb. This is a 2014 American comedy film directed by Shawn Levy and written by David Guion and Michael Handelman. This is a family oriented film with lots of laughter. A fun romp to watch some of the characters run from the lava flowing volcano in Pompeii, of course Dexter the monkey saves the day with his special water. I love watching various historical characters cross over for some adventure. I give this movie 5 Ghosties out of 5. This movie kept my attention and the only complaint I have is that I ordered popcorn and a big Diet Coke. I asked for extra butter in my popcorn and the popcorn was very dry and stale. What happened to my extra butter? Awwww...good thing I rented a Redbox DVD - The Equalizer with Denzel Washington, now I can make some homemade popcorn and use all the butter I want.
THE RETURN OF PIKA!
Deanna Jaxine Stinson says: "In the afternoon of December 31, 2014 I looked out in the backyard and I saw the sunlight hit the spot exactly in front of the screen door. The sunlight was peeking through the holes in the top of the pine trees. It was in such a way that there was a visible stream of yellow light in the same width as a dog. I saw a Jack Russell Terrier, in shape brown and white colored. He was of good age and health. He appeared to be young, not too young and not too old. He appeared to be very strong and happy. He looked in at me and as I saw him he dissipated and it looked like he had actually changed forms into one smaller and with wings, because after he dissipated there was a bird or some tiny creature with wings, it moved too fast for me to see and it flew upwards. Then the light was gone. Special Note: Deanna is a sensitive and I believe she saw my former dog Pika a Jack Russell Terrier. The spot that she saw him, was the spot he enjoyed sitting at and peering into the kitchen.
