You are one of the celebrities to attend the 1st Annual Twisted Terror Convention in Sacramento, is this your first visit to Sacramento? GG- Yes

How was your experience? GG- It was good. I didn't get to see much of it from the airport ride to the hotel, but it looks like a nice town. It's very inland, not really a coastal town. What is this considered anyway? LS- Cowtown

You're known for your role as Buck Rogers, did you have to audition for that? GG-No, they offered it to me three times and I turned it down three times because I was interested in working on another project with Michael Landon. I eventually agreed to the role of Buck Rogers.

How did you get involved with conventions? GG- Well, I was asked to do them and offered a lot of money, so I couldn't refuse. LS-What do you like best about them? They're fun and I enjoy meeting people from all over the world. I take a genuine interest in people and actually listen to them when they speak to me.

Have you ever dealt with a crazed fan? GG-Hmm..I wouldn't say crazed, by there was this one guy that shook my hand, but instead of my hand he started squeezing my knuckles hard. I was uncomfortable and didn't really know how to respond, but I'm good friends with Lou Farigno and when he saw what was happening he immediately came over and diffused the situation. LS- Yeah, Lou is a big guy, I definitely wouldn't mess with him.

Are you currently working on any film projects? GG- I'm filming Drop Dead Diva next week. I loved the script and am really looking forward to this role.

I noticed that the proceeds from the sales of you memorabilia are donated to Haven House, how did you get involved with them? GG-Erin Gray introduced me to them. I work with several charities including the Special Olympics. LS_ That's great. Well, Gil, I'd like to thank you for this interview and will be looking forward to seeing you in future film projects.
