I remember in my late teens and early 20's I really liked that show "Tales from the Crypt". I don't remember "Fright Night".

Oh I miss "Tales from the Crypt" I used to stay up to watch it. I wish it would come back! wink

I can't remeber how old I was when I saw my first horror movie. My first movie was, "Nightmare on Elm Street." Great flick. Since then, I have loved horror movies.

I was about 12-13 years old and my brother was about 6 1/2 when we sat down one night and watched "Salem's Lot", my very first horror and vampire flick. I had the flu that night and my brother was completely freaked out at the movie coupled with me doing my own level of "Exorcism" LOL

What was yours?

I watched "The Exorcist" in the 4th grade. Couldn't sleep by myself for months and months!
To this day, I cannot watch movies associated with possession!

I don't remember which horror movie I saw first, but this one I watched w/o my parents' permission when I was about 6 or 7 years old scared me so bad that I couldn't go to sleep at night w/o checking under the bed first until sometime in high school. If I had to get up in the middle of the night, I would leap from my bed as far as I could because this thing might grab my leg & get me.

I'd only watched the movie the one time until a few months ago, it was on cable. As I watched it again, I laughed, because it's SO bad it's not even scary. The movie was 'It's Alive!', about this mutant baby that hides & kills people. In one of the scenes, it hides under the bed & then attacks when people get close. The horrifying idea of this was the one thing that stuck in my brain all those years.

Frankenstein - The original!
I must have been about 8, it's when we first got cable.
