Re: EVP Evidence

My lovely wife Tracy got a digital recorder for me for our anniversary. Well, we've been using it to record our podcast (http://zweifatchicks.podbean.com if you're interested in listening to us talk about food), but it's original purpose was for me to try out some EVP work.
We went down to the site by the lake where there was an insane asylum. No buildings exist anymore, but you can see the outline of where the hospital was. We were asking pretty normal questions (name, race, favourite things) when Tracy asked offhandedly, "do you like baseball?" since the site of the hospital is now a baseball diamond. When we listened to the recording, there is some sort of reply, but I'd say it was probably a Class B EVP - it's quiet and whispery. I can verify that there were no cars going by, there was absolutely no wind or other outside noises at the time. But, check it out for some chills. I wasn't really exepecting to get any EVPs actually, so this was pretty cool.
Ok, so this is my first post... Hi!! Anyways long story short, I have had some paranormal experiences in the past so I was a believer, but I had always been unsure. So the other day I tried it out, and managed to get an EVP at work (at a hospital I will leave unnamed.) This happened at 4 a.m. I was all alone in the area I was at. I said if anyone is here please speak into this device, sat down the recorder, and walked away you can hear)Within 10 seconds it says "Thank you"..
Also a side note, there is also a disimbodied woman moaning that happens every once in a blue moon.. About 5 of my co workers have heard this so I know I am not crazy .. Thank God.. lol Anyways I am a believer in EVP now.. I guess I lucked out cause you can hear the voice say it clear as day.. Anyways once I figure it out I will post it!
This is a re-post of a set of EVPs that were recorded back in 2007. The ftp server holding them went away so I figured I'd update the new file location. My brother-in-law has since sold the property and has had no further activity in his new home. To date, I have not contacted the new owners of the property to see if they have had any experiences.
A little background - These were recorded at my brother-in-law's house in Washington DC on Sept 8, 2007. He's asked that his name be withheld, so I'll just refer to him as BL. He's been experiencing activity ever since he moved in a few years ago, including bumps and thumps, shadowy impressions and a full body apparition of a little girl (blonde hair in a yellow dress, appearing to be about 8 years old). He believes the girl's name is Alice, although he has nothing other than just a feeling to back it up.
There have been several incidents where he has been locked out on his deck (in one case he even heard the latch being thrown _after_ he had been on the deck for a while). He also receives regular bumps both on the headboard of his bed and from under the mattress. A boarder in a basement apartment commented several times on seeing his cat walk through the apartment and wondered how it kept getting in. There is no cat on or around the property. On return from a one week vacation, his house sitter remarked, "Do you know this place is haunted?". He wouldn't elaborate on what he meant by that. There has also been intermittent, but continuous, channel changing of the TV. When he finally says, "Enough. Please stop." the channel changing stops.
The house has been investigated twice by a local paranormal group. They have indicated that there is something interesting going on and they plan to make a more in-depth study.
There has been a increase in activity since he put the house on the market. This is why I was asked to come down an do a general sweep of the property while we still had access to it. Baseline EMFs were all normal with the exception of a very high field, covering a one-foot radius, around the electrical panel in the living room. No abnormally high or low temperature fluctations during the sweep. No uneasy feelings or impressions.
I have about nine EVPs for the session that actually sound like something real. Of those, these three are worthy of serious listening. I've included both the raw capture and a minimally processed version that clears out some of the background noise.
Note: You may want to go to the link and listen before you read the descriptions so that my opinion doesn't pollute your view of what's there. Then come back and read what I think it says.
This one is pretty good. You need to listen a little carefully, but it's quite clear. BL asks if it was an adult when it died - there's no apparent answer. Then he asks if it knows it's dead. The instant he says the word "dead" you'll hear something say, "No" followed by some other sound that's about the same level and pitch as the "No". In the noise-reduced version, the "No" response is still clear. The garbled sound that came next on the raw file sounds to me like it's saying "Wrong" in the cleaned up one. Someone else said it sounds like, "I'm not." Let me know what you think. There is an interesting bit of audio that came right after this (which I did not include). BL was holding a K-2 meter while he asked questions. When he asks this question, we get the "No" response, and then we hear BL say, "I'm getting something on this (the K-2 meter), but I don't know how to read it." I just find it interesting that we're getting an EMF spike at the same time we're getting an EVP imprint.
BL asks, "Are you younger than 10?". You then hear a male voice saying, "Yes, she is.". Someone else listened to it and thought the male voice was saying, "Much less", but a third listener heard the same thing I did. If you look at the waveform with a editor, there are clearly three different "word" sections to the sample. Also, if you listen very carefully (with headphones) it sounds like there's a little girl saying, "Uh huh" right before the male voice speaks.
We're starting to break down the equipment and BL is suggesting anything there should go home with me. You don't even have to listen carefully for this one. After BL says "My sister gets b**chier than I do" you'll hear a loud breath followed by a voice saying, "Okay". You then hear my voice from farther away saying, "Alrighty" and BL's voice again. We both appear to be farther from the mic than the voice that says Okay. Neither of us heard the sound while we were there or we would have reacted to it. What makes this one interesting is the context in which "Okay" is being said. I haven't had any strange experiences yet, though.
And those are the best of what I have for that session. I'd appreciate any feedback anyone cares to offer.
The raw files are exactly that - a direct dump from the voice recorder (Olympus 4100PC) via USB cable into the computer. The noise reduced files are quick reduced using the Noise Analysis routines in Nero 6 and applied against the raw file. I have left them in their original .wav format to avoid any additional compression artifacts converting to MP3.
I like to think I'm pretty careful about not reading in things that aren't really there. Hopefully it's not just me who hears these. And if you think they sound too good to be true, all I can say is that they are exactly as I've described them. If anyone's interested I can make the other files available, but they are truly just fair Class-B's and pretty rough C's so I opted for posting the cleaner ones.
Thank you for listening

This is an evp i caught last year in a local cemetary, behind it is an area that has WWII era forts that are still there, the place was incredibly haunted and creepy, You can hear the response to my question saying "yes" i was talking about money from that era stating that it used to be called morgans
